Our Mission
A friendly, welcoming, (free) club to help campers meet new friends, coordinate adventures, and make fireside memories. While we were founded in SC originally, we are proud to have members in several states across the US and hope to eventually be found in all 50!

Please additionally be aware that we are a camping club built on kindness. We have campers of all kinds, all abilities, and all experiences, and we honor all of them within the club. We have a zero tolerance policy for disrespect of any kind and violating these rules will result in removal from the club space and events.

The dream of the Carolina Camping Club (CCC) was born out of a desire to have camping friends. When I joined online groups and explored new places as a wanderlust-filled camper, I discovered that my want was not unique - that folks wanted to camp with people, have shared experiences, engage in adventures, and create great camp memories - but what was lacking was an organized, accessible, and welcoming means to do so.
So I created it.
Flash forward and now not only do I feel like I have camping friends, I have a whole camp family - and not just in my hometown, but across my state, neighboring states, and beyond!
I hope you'll join us on a future adventure, wherever you are, and however you participate (online, in person, or both) so we can all experience the joys of camping together in a safe and supportive Club space.
